Market Watch: Over 70 Companies Including NTPC, ITC, and Cipla to Announce Q2 FY26 Results

Mumbai, October 30, 2025: A busy trading day awaits as more than 70 prominent companies, including leading names such as NTPC, ITC, and Cipla, hold board meetings to approve their quarterly and half-yearly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. In addition to earnings reviews, several boards are set to deliberate on interim dividends, fundraising plans, and bonus share proposals.

Key Companies Set to Announce Q2 FY26 Results

Among the prominent names, NTPC Limited, Cipla, ITC, Adani Power, Bandhan Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, Canara Bank, MphasiS, and DLF will be presenting their unaudited quarterly and half-yearly results today.

Other companies, including Exide Industries, Indian Energy Exchange (IEX), JBM Auto, Vedant Fashions (Manyavar), Pidilite Industries, and Union Bank of India, will also meet to review their Q2 FY26 financial performance.

Dividend and Bonus Announcements on the Cards

Several companies are also expected to reward shareholders with interim dividends as part of today’s board discussions. These include Dabur India, Navin Fluorine International, NTPC, TD Power Systems, OCCL, Gillette India, Bhansali Engineering Polymers, and NAM India (Nippon Life India Asset Management). In addition, Moneyboxx Finance Ltd is set to consider a bonus issue alongside its quarterly financial results.

Fundraising Proposals in Focus

A few firms have lined up capital-raising discussions to strengthen their balance sheets and fund expansion plans. Share India Securities will consider raising funds through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) while also reviewing its Q2 and H1 FY26 performance and proposing a second interim dividend. Lancor Holdings, Rajratan Global Wire, Onelife Capital Advisors, and Oil Country Tubular Ltd will also take up fundraising and other business proposals during their meetings.

Auto component manufacturer ASK Automotive Ltd and financial services player Moneyboxx Finance Ltd will review their quarterly and half-yearly results, along with other key strategic matters on the agenda.
