Mumbai, August 8: Indian markets are likely to track a packed macroeconomic and corporate earnings calendar next week, with domestic and US inflation data, crude oil inventories, the OPEC monthly report and a host of major company results set to drive sentiment. Here are the key triggers day by day.
Monday
US CB Employment Trends Index (July): The data will provide another indication of the health of the US labour market and could influence expectations around the Federal Reserve’s rate trajectory.
Results
- SBI: Investors will track loan growth, asset quality, net interest margins and management commentary on credit costs.
- Titan Company: Jewellery demand, margins and the performance of its watches and wearables business will be key.
