Marvel Decor secured a ₹3.91 crore international order for a luxury residential project in Dubai, while shares declined 4.10% on June 15.

Mumbai, June 15: Marvel Decor has received an international purchase order worth ₹3.91 crore for a luxury residential development in Dubai, according to a regulatory filing submitted under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The company said the order involves the supply and installation of curtain tracks and motors for a high-end 32-storey branded residential tower located in Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai.
According to the filing, the project includes ultra-luxury residences such as half-floor penthouses, full-floor penthouses and three-level sky villas.
Marvel Decor said the order is expected to strengthen its position in the premium global luxury residential segment while also expanding its international project portfolio.
The company added that the contract is scheduled to be executed within two months.
As per the disclosure, the customer details remain confidential. The company also clarified that the order does not fall under related-party transactions and that promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
