Meta Infotech Limited announced the receipt of two domestic orders aggregating ₹4.14 crore, according to separate filings made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The contracts relate to Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) licences and a software subscription mandate.
Meta Infotech Limited provides cybersecurity and information security solutions, including database monitoring, endpoint security and managed services. The company caters to domestic enterprises across banking, financial services and other regulated sectors.
The DAM licence renewal and software subscription order add to its existing order book in the ordinary course of business, as stated in the respective filings.
Database Activity Monitoring Order from Private Sector Bank
In its first disclosure dated 19 February 2026, the company informed BSE Limited that it had received a renewal order from a leading private sector bank amounting to ₹1,56,44,399 (excluding GST).
The contract covers Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) licences for the period from 4 January 2026 to 22 October 2026. DAM solutions are designed to track and audit database transactions, helping institutions monitor privileged access and detect anomalous behaviour within critical data environments.
As per Annexure-A filed alongside the disclosure, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is to be executed within 15 days. The company clarified that the promoter, promoter group or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall within related party parameters.
The filing references SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 governing corporate announcements under Regulation 30.
Software Subscription Order from Leading Stock Exchange
In a separate intimation on the same date, Meta Infotech reported a fresh order worth ₹2,58,00,000 (excluding GST) from one of India’s leading stock exchanges for a software subscription.
The subscription is for the period from 31 January 2026 to 31 January 2027. Annexure-A to the disclosure notes a broader three-year commitment structure with annual renewal, while execution is expected within 90 days.
The exchange has been classified as a domestic entity. The company stated that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding body, and the contract is not categorised as a related party transaction.
The combined order value of ₹4.14 crore strengthens Meta Infotech’s near-term revenue visibility, subject to execution timelines outlined in the disclosures. Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and fall within routine business operations, according to the company’s regulatory filings.
