Mobilise App Lab Lists At ₹64.10 On NSE SME, Trades At ₹67.30 So Far

Shares of Mobilise App Lab Limited listed at ₹64.10 on the NSE SME platform on Monday, March 2, reflecting a discount of ₹15.90 or 19.88% to the issue price of ₹80 per share. The stock, however, moved higher in early trade and was quoting at ₹67.30 as of 10:57:04 IST, up ₹3.20 or 4.99% from the opening price, according to exchange data.

The listing performance followed the company’s ₹20.10 crore book-built initial public offering, which comprised a fresh issue of 25,12,000 equity shares.

The retail individual investors’ category was subscribed 96.52 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) portion was subscribed 49.16 times and the NII segment was subscribed 175.72 times, as per subscription data.

Mobilise App Lab operates in the SME segment and is listed under the ST series on NSE SME. The face value of each equity share is ₹10.

Corporate Capitalventures Pvt Ltd acted as the book running lead manager, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd served as the registrar, and SS Corporate Securities Ltd was appointed as the market maker, according to the offer documents.
