Moneyview IPO closed for subscription on September 28 with an overall subscription of 101.86 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 230.54 times, NII 120.37 times and retail 20.41 times.

Mumbai, September 28: Moneyview IPO closed for subscription on Monday, September 28, after receiving an overwhelming response from investors. The issue was subscribed 101.86 times overall, with bids for 22,89,49,41,006 shares against 22,47,57,706 shares offered to investors. 

The QIB (Ex Anchor) category recorded the highest subscription at 230.54 times, followed by the NII category at 120.37 times. The retail portion was subscribed 20.41 times. 

The Moneyview IPO opened for subscription on September 24, 2026, and closed on September 28, 2026. With the bidding window now closed, investors will next track the Moneyview IPO allotment, which is scheduled for September 29. 

Moneyview IPO Subscription Status 

The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 14,80,46,83,992 shares against 6,42,16,489 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 230.54 times. 

The NII category attracted bids for 5,79,70,64,070 shares against 4,81,62,365 shares available, taking the subscription to 120.37 times. 

Within the NII segment, the bNII portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 137.19 times, receiving bids for 4,40,48,89,251 shares against 3,21,08,244 shares offered. 

The sNII portion for applications below ₹10 lakh received bids for 1,39,21,74,819 shares against 1,60,54,122 shares, resulting in a subscription of 86.72 times. 

The retail category received bids for 2,29,31,92,944 shares against 11,23,78,852 shares reserved for retail investors. The portion was subscribed 20.41 times. 

Overall, the issue received bids for 22,89,49,41,006 shares against 22,47,57,706 shares offered. The total amount of bids stood at approximately ₹77,842.80 crore, based on the upper end of the price band. 

The issue received a total of 48,55,107 applications as of the latest update. 

The final subscription figures were updated at 5:14 PM on September 28, 2026.

Moneyview IPO Details 

Moneyview IPO is a ₹1,091.68 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 22.06 crore shares aggregating to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale of 10.05 crore shares aggregating to ₹341.68 crore. 

The IPO had a price band of ₹32 to ₹34 per share and a lot size of 441 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment required for a retail investor was ₹14,994. 

The issue opened for subscription on September 24, 2026, and closed on September 28, 2026. 

The company is proposed to list its shares on both the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of October 1, 2026. 

Axis Capital Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.

Moneyview IPO Reservation 

Of the total issue size of 32,10,82,435 shares, 50% was allocated to QIBs, 15% to NII investors and 35% to retail investors. 

The QIB portion included 30% of the total issue allocated to anchor investors, leaving 20% of the total issue for QIB investors excluding the anchor portion.

Moneyview IPO Anchor Investors 

Moneyview raised ₹327.50 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO. 

The anchor bidding took place on September 23, 2026, with 9,63,24,729 shares offered to anchor investors. 

The lock-in period for 50% of the anchor shares ends on October 29, 2026, while the lock-in period for the remaining shares ends on December 28, 2026. 

Moneyview IPO Allotment and Listing 

The Moneyview IPO closed for subscription on September 28, 2026, after receiving bids for more than 100 times the shares offered to investors. 

The tentative Moneyview IPO allotment date is September 29, 2026. Refunds are scheduled for September 30, while shares are expected to be credited to successful applicants on the same day. 

The IPO is tentatively scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on October 1, 2026.
