LUDHIANA | May 26, 2025 — Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd (NSE: MONTECARLO, BSE: 538836) has released its financial reports for FY25. The reports show strong profits even after only a slight rise in its revenue.

Q4 FY25 Performance

The performance of the company for Q4 remained flat in terms of revenue, which stood at ₹2,059 Mn when compared to ₹2,065 Mn in Q4 FY24. The company’s EBITDA came in at ₹57 Mn, which is a good sign as the previous year resulted in a loss.

Even after such figures, the company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹103 Mn due to higher depreciation and finance costs. However, the loss was lower when compared to last year’s loss of ₹178 Mn in Q4 FY24.

  • EBOs: 471 (up from 406 in FY24)
  • Online Sales (Own Website): ₹328.5 Mn
  • Presence across all major e-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.

Strategic Highlights

  • 12 new Cloak & Decker EBOs were launched by the company by March 2025.
  • It increased its customer experience and business efficiency by collaborating with Salesforce Inc.
  • It created tie-ups with companies in industries such as cinemas, digital platforms and airlines to ensure better brand visibility.
