MRF Limited recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share for FY26, taking the total dividend payout for the year to ₹235 per share, while the company’s shares slipped 0.26% on May 7.

Mumbai, May 7: MRF Limited recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The proposed payout takes MRF’s total dividend distribution for FY26 to ₹235 per share after including two interim dividends already paid during the year, according to the company’s financial disclosure.
MRF Declares Final Dividend For FY26
According to the company, the recommended final dividend of ₹229 per equity share of face value ₹10 each represents a payout of 2290% on the face value of the shares.
The company had earlier declared and paid two interim dividends of ₹3 per share each during FY26.
With the latest recommendation, the total dividend payout for the financial year stands at ₹235 per share, equivalent to 2350% on the face value of ₹10 each.
The proposed final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
MRF also disclosed that it redeemed 15,000 listed, unsecured, rated, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹150 crore during the quarter.
The company added that previous period and prior year figures have been regrouped or restated wherever necessary.
The dividend announcement comes at a time when investors continue tracking cash-rich companies with consistent shareholder payout histories, particularly in established manufacturing sectors.
