Gurugram, 17 February 2026: Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Ltd, a manufacturer of premium biscuits and bakery products, has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share.

The board, in its meeting on 11 February 2026, approved the payout along with approving the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025.
