Muted Market Debut for Horizon Industrial Parks; Shares List Near IPO Issue Price

New Delhi: Shares of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd on Monday made a flat market debut.
The stock listed at Rs 59.65, down 0.58 per cent from the issue price of Rs 60 on the BSE.
At the NSE, it started trading at Rs 60.25, marginally up by 0.41 per cent from the issue price.
The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 16,873.63 crore.
The initial share sale of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd was subscribed 1.45 times on the final day of bidding on Wednesday last week.
The company’s Rs 2,600 crore IPO had a price band of Rs 57-60 per share.
The IPO was entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd had raised Rs 1,168 crore from anchor investors.
The company proposes to use the IPO proceeds primarily to repay borrowings.
Horizon Industrial Parks is an industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator with a portfolio of around 60 million square feet across 46 assets in 10 cities.
