NALCO Approves ₹4 Per Share Interim Dividend for FY26, Q2 Consolidated PAT Rises 36.7% YoY on Stable Costs

Bhubaneswar, November 7, 2025: National Aluminium Company Limited (NSE: NATIONALUM, BSE: 532234) reported a stronger Q2 FY26 while announcing a first interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share on a face value of ₹5. The board also released unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The interim dividend record date is November 14, 2025, and payment will be made on or before December 6, 2025. The total estimated payout is ₹734.65 crore.

Key Financial Highlights

The company generated ₹4,292.34 crore in revenue from operations during the quarter. This is a 7.3% YoY increase. The company’s total income also increased 9.1% YoY, reaching ₹4,443.81 crore. The profit before and after tax also increased. Profit Before Tax reached ₹1,892.00 crore, a 33.2% YoY increase. The net profit after tax reached ₹1,429.94 crore, a 36.7% YoY increase. The EPS also grew for the quarter, reaching ₹7.79 from ₹5.70 in Q2FY25.

Dividend Action and Investor Dates

NALCO has a consistent track record of paying dividends. In FY25, the company declared a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹10.50 per share, aggregating to ₹1,928.46 crore. For FY26, NALCO has announced its first interim dividend of ₹4 per share. The estimated payout for this interim dividend is ₹734.65 crore. The record date is set for Friday, November 14, 2025, and the dividend will be distributed on or before December 6, 2025.
