Nazara Tech Posts Rs 4 Crore Profit in March Quarter

Nazara Tech has announced its financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025. The results reported its net profit to be at ₹4 crore for Q4 in FY25. The ₹4 crore net profit is a jump as the company’s profit in the same quarter in FY24 was just ₹18 lakhs.
Furthermore, the company’s revenue from operations saw a nearly double jump and reached ₹520 crores in Q4 of FY25. The revenue from operations was ₹266 crore in the same quarter last year.
Nazara Tech also improved its EBITDA by 72% Y-O-Y as it reached ₹51 crore in the same quarter. For the entire year, the EBITDA stood at ₹153.5 crore, the highest ever annual numbers for the company.
Company Statement
Naraza Tech stated that – “Growth was driven by solid momentum in the core gaming portfolio, particularly Fusebox and Animal Jam, along with improved unit economics in Kiddopia. Margins remained resilient despite elevated user acquisition investments and new IP integrations.”
For its financial year’s performance, the company’s CEO stated – “FY25 has been a pivotal year in Nazara’s journey—marked by record profitability, deeper control across key businesses, and the successful execution of our Nazara 3.0 strategy. We strengthened our core by fully owning high-performing assets like Kiddopia and Sportskeeda, expanded globally through acquisitions such as Fusebox and Curve Games, and sharpened our focus on building a high-margin, IP-led gaming platform.”
