NBCC Gets New Orders of Rs 289.4 Crore

Friday, December 12, 2025: NBCC (India) Limited, which is a government-owned construction and project management consultancy firm, has informed the stakeholders through regulatory filings that it has won two significant work orders with a total of ₹289.39 crore. 

The share price of NBCC (India) Limited was trading at ₹108.71 at 1:30 PM, which was 0.37% higher than the previous closing price. 

Details of Projects

As per the NBCC’s regulatory filing, the first contract is valued at ₹255.50 crore (excluding GST). It has been awarded to NBCC by the National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO). The project includes planning, designing, and execution activities at NALCO’s offices and township facilities. 

The second project, as reported in the filing, was awarded by SAIL Bokaro and its total value is ₹33.89 crore (excluding GST). The contract relates to the delisting of Cooling Pond#1, which comprises both hot and cold-water chambers, located at the steel plant. 

NBCC (India) Limited is a Navratna PSU that comes under the purview of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The company primarily works as a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) and is involved in a wide range of activities, including the execution of large-scale infrastructure, real estate, and redevelopment projects. It caters services to state and central government bodies, and public institutions across India.
