Mumbai, December 19, 2025: Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded a work order by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of Phase-II infrastructure of the institute’s permanent campus worth ₹179.37 crore. The order was awarded in the normal course of business and was notified to the exchanges on Friday.
NBCC (India) Ltd. is a New Delhi-based company and is engaged in construction and infrastructure consultancy. The firm provides project management consultancy (PMC), engineering advisory and redevelopment services, primarily to government agencies and public institutions throughout India, with a focus largely on urban infrastructure, housing and institutional campuses.
Focus on Education Infrastructure Adds Execution Visibility to NBCC’s Order Book
The project aligns with NBCC’s deep-rooted understanding of large-scale institutional and public infrastructure development, where it typically acts as advisor and executing manager as opposed to the role of asset owner. Such engagements provide for greater near-term revenue visibility during the period of execution, as milestone-linked billing structures are common in PMC contracts in higher-education infrastructure projects.
