Hyderabad, August 6, 2025 – NCC Limited (NSE: NCC) stock closed the day today, 6th August, 2025, up by more than 1.78% at Rs 214.77.

The company posted a standalone profit after tax (PAT) of ₹190 crore, in the June quarter.

Standalone Results

  • The company reported revenue of ₹4,430 crore in Q1FY26. This marks a 6.7% decline year-on-year.
  • EBITDA stood at ₹395 crore for the quarter.
  • Net profit (PAT) came in at ₹190 crore.
  • Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were ₹3.03.
  • The order book swelled to ₹61,779 crore, showing a substantial 30% growth YoY.
  • Net debt stood at ₹1,497 crore as of the end of Q1FY26.

Consolidated Results

  • The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹5,208 crore, down 6.3% year-on-year.
  • Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹192 crore.
  • Earnings per share (EPS) came in at ₹3.06.
  • The order book surged to ₹70,087 crore. This reflects a 33% increase YoY.
  • Order inflow jumped sharply to ₹3,658 crore. This is up 797% year-on-year.
  • Net debt stood at ₹1,574 crore at the end of the quarter.

Segmental Outlook & Execution Focus

As of Q1FY26, NCC reported continued traction across its seven core verticals-Buildings, Transportation, Electrical (T&D), Water, Railways, Mining, and Irrigation:

  • Buildings remained the primary contributor, accounting for 34% of new order inflow and 79% of execution value.
  • Electrical (T&D) and Transportation collectively accounted for over 40% of the order book composition.

Strategic and Financial Commentary

NCC reported that it achieved ₹3,658 crore in fresh orders in Q1FY26, constituting 17% of its full-year order inflow guidance of ₹22,000–₹25,000 crore, signaling strong execution visibility going forward.

The company also retained its AA- (Stable Outlook) credit rating from India Ratings, underlining financial prudence and balance sheet strength.
