Hyderabad, October 8, 2025NCL Industries Ltd has reported a healthy operational performance for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, with strong growth in cement production and hydro power output, even as other segments such as cement boards, ready-mix concrete (RMC), and doors saw a decline.

Key Production and Dispatch Data (Q2FY26 vs Q2FY25)

NCL Industries Ltd. announced production and dispatch data for the second quarter of the fiscal year FY26, which saw a differential performance across product segments. Cement production increased by 8% year-on-year at 6,40,435 metric tonnes (MT) in Q2FY26 versus 5,91,140 MT in Q2FY25. Cement dispatches also climbed by 7% to 6,39,528 MT, marking stable market demand. In the first half of the fiscal year FY26, cement production and dispatches rose marginally by 1% each.

Meanwhile, the production of cement board decreased, with a 47% drop to 10,673 MT, and dispatches declined by 30% to 14,346 MT. RMC production as well as sales fell by 18% at 66,185 cubic metres, as did door production as well as sales that sank by a staggering 98% at just 262 units in the quarter. On the positive side, the generation from the hydropower station increased year-on-year by 10% to 16.14 million units (MU) in Q2 FY26, as the company’s energy sector registered stable growth.

Overall, NCL Industries recorded a stable performance in the traditional cement business, while experiencing operational pressure in the building material and RMC businesses.
