However, the company continues to report no revenue from operations, with the entire ₹116.29 crore in revenue sourced from other income, highlighting its reliance on non-operating channels

The company’s revenue for the quarter stood at ₹116.29 crore, solely comprising other income, as there was no revenue from operations reported. The Q1FY26 financials were reviewed by the statutory auditors and carried an unmodified opinion.

In Q1 FY26 (June 2025), NDL Ventures Ltd had zero revenue from operations, as in the previous quarters. The company made ₹116.29 crore of other income, marginally higher than ₹113.61 crore in Q4FY25 but below ₹139.77 crore in Q1FY25. Total income was at ₹116.29 crore and expenses at ₹83.99 crore, lower than ₹92.50 crore in the last quarter. Consequently, net profit after tax jumped to ₹24.18 crore from ₹14 crore in Q4FY25 and ₹17.58 crore in Q1FY25. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter increased to ₹0.07, from ₹0.04 in the last quarter and ₹0.05 in the same quarter last year. For the entire FY25, NDL Ventures’ net profit was ₹59.08 crore and EPS was ₹0.18.
