NDR Auto Components Inc. Incorporates a 50:50 Joint Venture with Hayashi Telempu for Auto Component Manufacturing

New Delhi, October 13, 2025 – NDR Auto Components Limited (NSE: NDRAUTO, BSE: 543214) has announced a new 50:50 joint venture with Hayashi Telempu, a Japan-based company, to increase its position in the premium automotive interior systems space.
NDR Auto Components Limited is a producer of automotive seating systems, including seat frames and trims for two and four-wheelers, as well as other components for passenger vehicles. Founded in 2019, the company is part of the Rohit Relan Group and supplies major automotive manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki India and Suzuki Motorcycles. The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Strengthening Industry Footprint
The company, NDR Hayashi Automotive India Private Limited, was set up on 10 October 2025, with an authorized and subscribed share capital of ₹20 crore. Each partner will hold an equal share of 50% and NDR Auto will invest ₹10 crore through subscribed cash. The registered office for this joint venture will be in Delhi.
Focus on Advanced Interior Systems
The partnership will produce high-end automotive components, such as ambient lighting systems, carpets, dash inners, rear shades, and tonneau covers. These components will serve both local and major Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers in India and around the world, meeting the demand for premium and noise-dampening automotive interiors.
Strategic Growth Initiative
This partnership represents a substantial diversification for NDR Auto beyond seating and structural components, expanding into the soft trim and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) segment. The joint venture is leveraging Hayashi Telempu’s global capabilities to integrate advanced technology with NDR Auto’s Tier-1 supplier position in India’s expanding auto components market.
Market Performance
As of 2:45 PM IST on October 13, 2025, NDR Auto shares traded at ₹990.80, down ₹6.20 (0.62%) against its previous close of ₹997. The share opened at ₹995 and traded between ₹1,018.90 and ₹989.00 so far. The company has delivered a 52.32% gain over six months and an impressive 211% rise in two years, reflecting strong investor confidence.
