Newgen Software Bags $2.5 Million International Contract for Digital Transformation Project

New Delhi | June 4, 2025 – Newgen Software Technologies Ltd (BSE: 540900, NSE: NEWGEN) has announced that it has received a significant international order valued at USD 2.5 million (approx. ₹20.8 crore) for its Enterprise Workflow and Content Management System.
The digital transformation project involves the supply and implementation of Newgen’s proprietary software, designed to enable large-scale digital transformation for the overseas client across multiple operational domains.
The company made the disclosure of the contract in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the exchange circular dated July 14, 2023. The company confirmed that this transaction is not a related party transaction and that no promoter or promoter group entity holds any interest in the awarding party.
