New Delhi, November 18, 2025: Newgen Software Technologies Limited (NSE: NEWGEN, BSE: 540900) announced that it has signed a GBP 1.47 million master service agreement through its UK subsidiary. The name of the customer has not been disclosed due to confidentiality agreements.

Newgen Software Technologies Limited is an Indian enterprise software company. It offers low-code automation, content services, and customer communication platforms. It is listed on both the BSE and NSE and trades under the tickers NEWGEN and 540900, respectively.

Key Details

In its regulatory filing, the company disclosed the key details of the project. The agreement has been signed with an overseas entity based in the United Kingdom. However, due to confidentiality reasons, the company has withheld the customer’s name.

The total value of the contract is GBP 1,468,804, and the timeline is set at three years. Further, the company has clarified that no promoter or group interest is involved in the contract. The contract also does not constitute a related party transaction.

Scope Of Agreement

The scope of the project involves deploying Newgen’s Contract Management platform. It will be deployed across the customer’s enterprise. It will include Newgen Software licences and AWS Managed Cloud Services. This will also include implementation services. The services will be tailored for the customer’s enterprise operations.
