L&T’s Hydrocarbon Onshore business vertical (L&TOnshore) has won a major order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL). According to the company’s project classification, the order is classified as ‘major project’ valued in the range of Rs 5,000 crore to Rs 10,000 crore.
Shakti Pumps
Shakti Pumps (India) announced another significant addition to its order book today with the receipt of a Letter of Empanelment/Letter of Award for 12,883 Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana / PM KUSUM B. This order is valued at Rs. 356.77 crore
Tata Motors
Tata Motors plans to launch five new electric vehicle models by fiscal year 2030. This includes the premium Avinya range. The company will invest between Rs 16,000 to Rs 18,000 crore in its electric vehicle business. This investment will support new products and expand charging infrastructure

Company meeting will be held on 27th day of December, 2025, interalia, to consider and approve the proposal of fund raising by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures, by way of private placement, subject to such regulatory or statutory approvals as may be required.
Emcure Pharma
Further to intimation dated October 10, 2025, on the inspection conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) at manufacturing facility located at Survey No. 485 (New), 160/P1 (Old), Kadu, Taluka – Lakhtar, Surendranagar, Gujarat, the company announced that the Company has received Establishment Inspection Report (EIR). US FDA has classified the inspection of the facility as No Action Indicated (NAI).
Zydus Lifesciences
Bioeq AG, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, and Zydus Lifesciences announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zydus Lifesciences Global FZE, UAE has entered into a strategic partnership with Bioeq, for the licensing, supply and commercialization of Bioeq`s Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) inhibitor NUFYMCO, an interchangeable biosimilar of Lucentis (Ranibizumab) for the US market. The Biologics License Application (BLA) for NUFYMCO has been approved by US FDA on December 18, 2025. This transaction marks an expansion of Zydus’ U.S. biosimilar business, following its recent partnership with Formycon AG for a biosimilar of Keytruda (Pembrolizumab). Under the terms of this agreement, Bioeq will be responsible for the development, manufacturing, registration and supply of the finished product, while Zydus will be responsible for the commercialisation of NUFYMCO in the US market

Due to space constraint at existing Bhiwadi manufacturing facility, the Board of directors in their meeting had approved setting up another new facility at Bhiwadi. This new facility inter alia will handle the production of Air Coolers. There is no capacity addition and its relocation of existing production lines for Air Cooler from current manufacturing facility at Bhiwadi to new location in Bhiwadi, whereby another manufacturing facility shall be set up. The Company has initiated Complaint against Gangnam for wilful non-payment of legitimate dues towards the company of Rs. 19.61 crore for supply of goods

Company received an order for construction of substructure including fabrication of Superstructure & its launching for Important Bridge No. 247 (10×61.0 m) and 287 (10×61.0 m) with Double D type well foundation for double line with RDSO 25 T axle loading standard over river Rapti between Balrampur – Bahraich stations in connection with New Line work between Khalilabad- Bahraich section of North Eastern Railway. It is valued at Rs 199.2 crore and to be executed over the next 2 years.
JD Cables
JD Cables Limited announced that the company has been awarded with a significant EPC infrastructure work order by Kaushal Engineering Limited (KEL) for the execution of balance Civil and Electrical works under a Key National Highway Development Project in Jharkhand, marking an important milestone in the Company’s infrastructure execution journey. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode under NHDP Phase V. The total contract value is Rs 244 crore, inclusive of applicable GST@18%, approved Change of Scope (COS), and price escalation.
SJS Enterprises
SJS Enterprises Limited announced the execution of a Technology License cum Supply Agreement (TLA) with BOE Varitronix Limited (BOEVX), Hong Kong, for the optical bonding and assembly of automotive display systems in India. This milestone is in line with the Company’s strategic expansion plans announced on September 16, 2025.

The Agreement pertains to the design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning including warranty, operation & maintenance for 25 years for 200 KW to 2000 KW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV Systems for Government/Semi-Government buildings at different locations in Uttar Pradesh under the RESCO Model on net metering basis.

The Ministry of Coal opened the bids for the 14th round of Commercial Coal Blocks’ Auction, witnessing encouraging participation from industry stakeholders. Bids were received for 24 coal blocks out of the 41 blocks offered in this round, reflecting sustained industry interest in India’s commercial coal mining framework.

The Government of Chhattisgarh and GAIL (India) Limited joined hands for development of a greenfield gas-based fertilizer project in the State of Chhattisgarh. A non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for this was signed.

IRB Infra’s associate, IRB Infrastructure Trust, emerged as the preferred bidder for a highway asset under the toll-operate-transfer (TOT) model. The company said IRB Infrastructure Trust has been selected as the preferred bidder for NHAI’s TOT-18 concession. The project involves tolling, operation, maintenance and transfer of the 74.5 km Chandikhole-Bhadrak section of NH-16 in Odisha
Monte Carlo Fashions
The company has received multiple Letters of Award (LOAs) from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVNL) for solar PV-based power plants (SPPs) for solar photovoltaic power-generating stations, with a total capacity of 35 MW (AC), under the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme – PM KUSUM-C. The EPC order is worth Rs 147 crore.

The company has filed a claim with the insurance company (insurer) for Rs 344.49 crore against the loss caused by a fire at the tobacco processing plant and warehouse of a third party in Andhra Pradesh, where the company processes and stores its tobacco leaf inventory.

The Competition Commission of India has approved Tata Steel’s proposed acquisition of sole control of Tata BlueScope Steel by purchasing the remaining 50% equity shareholding currently held by BlueScope Steel Asia Holdings Pty Ltd.

The company’s subsidiary, Penpencil Edu Services, has executed a sale deed for the acquisition of 1.76 acres of land for Rs 69.5 crore in Ranchi to support future business expansion
