Revenue for the quarter grew 9.2% YoY at Rs 162.7 crore. EBITDA was down 12.6% YoY at Rs 55.5 crore. Operating margin slipped 860bps YoY and 100bps QoQ at 34.1%. Net profit was down 6.2% YoY at Rs 45.75 crore. Other Income surged 441% YoY at Rs 10.2 crore.

KIMS
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has made a further investment in tranches by acquiring an additional equity stake of 6.94% in Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited, material subsidiary of the Company. Company now holds 75.53% of the total paid-up equity share capital of Sarvejana Healthcare Private Ltd. It was at a cost of Rs 148.1 crore for 6.94% stake based upon the valuation report.
KIMS has entered into a Leave and License Agreement with Andhra Mahila Sabha for taking land admeasuring approximately 1.168 acres at Dr. Durgabai Deshmukh Road, Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on a long term lease for setting up a Super Specialty Hospital. It would set up a 300 bed hospital at the cost of ~Rs 300 crore over a period of next 36 months.
VPRPL
Vishnu Prakash R Punglia has obtained a five-year river sand mining lease in Rajasthan, allowing annual production of up to 154,350 metric tonnes. The new lease supports the company’s diversification strategy, expanding its portfolio into mining while complementing its core EPC infrastructure business.
Archean Chemical
Company informed that it has entered into a loan agreement with the Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company, i.e. Neun Infra Private Limited. The loan is intended to address immediate funding requirements of Sic Sem Private Limited for commencement of procurement of long-lead machinery, equipment, and associated items, which are essential to maintain project timelines, pending execution of the Fiscal Support Agreement (FSA) with the Government of India under the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) framework. The amount is pegged at Rs 150 crore and it is at interest rate of 7.5% for a period of 5 years.
Fortis Healthcare
Fortis Healthcare Limited announced signing of definitive agreements for the acquisition of the 125-bedded People Tree Hospital in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru (PTHY) by way of a 100% acquisition of TMI Healthcare Private Limited, the entity under which the PTHY business operations reside. The said acquisition would be undertaken by FHL’s wholly-owned subsidiary
International Hospital Limited (IHL). As part of the composite transaction, along with the acquisition of TMI Healthcare, IHL would also acquire the hospital building and the underlying land of PTHY from the promoters of TMI Healthcare and an adjacent land parcel from an independent third party; for a transaction value of Rs 430 crore (including debt residing with TMI Healthcare). It had reported revenue of Rs 74 crore in FY25.
The acquisition of the adjacent land parcel of ~0.8 acres provides a potential to expand bed capacity to 300+ beds. An additional investment of Rs 410 crore is planned over the next 3 years in the facility to further augment bed infrastructure, medical equipment and clinical programs including Radiation Oncology.

The wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Granules Life Sciences Private Limited (GLS), located in Hyderabad has completed a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Prior Approval Inspection by the US FDA. The inspection conducted from 15th to 19th December 2025 and concluded with five observations related to procedural requirements. None of these observations are associated with data integrity or product safety. Granules Life Sciences Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of PFI & Finished Dosages.
Waaree Energies
Waaree Solar Americas Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has executed a Binding term Sheet with United Solar Holding Inc., a Cayman Islands based Company, for subscription of approximately 53,68,551 series B preferred shares of USH for a purchase price of approx. USD $30,000,000. This strategic investment in United Solar Holding Inc. is a decisive step in strengthening Waaree Groups long-term, secure, and fully traceable polysilicon supply chain to support our rapidly expanding U.S.A. and global manufacturing footprint
IRB Infrastructure Developers
The Board has approved material related-party contracts to provide works relating to initial upgradation, O&M works, and project implementation, and to act as the project manager of the IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT) in relation to the TOT-17 Project, implemented through IRB Harihara Corridors (the project SPV). The company has agreed to act as the project manager for a revenue-linked concession period of 20 years from the Appointed Date, for an estimated value of up to Rs 6,785 crore.
GE Vernova T&D India
The company has received a multi-year contract from AESL Projects for the design, supply, and execution of a 2,500 MW High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) VSC terminal station (2 × 1,250 MW) from KPS 3 (Khavda) to South Olpad.
RITES
The transport infrastructure consultancy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of the Republic of Botswana for the development and modernisation of transport infrastructure in Botswana.
Granules India
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has completed a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Prior Approval Inspection at the company’s subsidiary, Granules Life Sciences (GLS), in Hyderabad, with five observations related to procedural requirements.
None of these observations are associated with data integrity or product safety. The inspection was conducted from December 15 to 19. GLS manufactures PFI and finished dosages
Indian Hotels Company
The Board has approved the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the disinvestment of 1.6 crore equity shares, representing 25.52% of the shareholding in Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts (TajGVK). These shares are proposed to be acquired by Shalini Bhupal, a member of the promoter and promoter group of TajGVK, at a price of Rs 370 per share.
Tata Steel
The company has acquired 148.8 crore equity shares worth $150 million (Rs 1,354.94 crore) in its foreign subsidiary, T Steel Holdings (TSHP). Post this acquisition, TSHP will continue to be a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the company.
Additionally, the company has received an order from the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Jamshedpur, directing it to pay a tax amount of Rs 493.35 crore, a penalty of Rs 638.82 crore, and applicable interest on the total tax amount.
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power
The company’s subsidiary, Emmvee Energy, has commenced operations of its 2.5 GW solar module line at its factory in Bengaluru (Unit VI), taking the total solar module manufacturing capacity to 10.3 GW
Varun Beverages
The company has proposed to acquire a 100% stake in South Africa based Twizza (Pty) Ltd through its subsidiary The Beverages Co for Rs 1,119 crore. Twizza is a manufacturer and distributor of non alcoholic beverages in South Africa.
