CG Power

Company secured a landmark order valued at ~Rs 900 Crore ($99.2 mn) from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions LLC USA, for a large-scale data center project in the United States. This order represents a strategic milestone, marking CG’s entry into the global data center segment. This is the largest single order ever won by CG and is a direct export order for the supply of power transformers.

JB Chemicals

Revenue grew 10.5% at Rs 1,065 crore. Net Profit was up 21.8% at Rs 198 crore. Operating profit was at Rs 296 crore vs. Rs 255 crore in Q3FY25. Operating Margin was at 27.8%. Domestic revenue grew 10% YoY at Rs 620 crore. International business revenue grew at 12% to Rs 445 crore for Q3 FY26.

Engineers India

Company received an order of US$ 350 million from Dangote Group for Africa refinery. Once completed, this expansion will position Dangote as the world’s largest petroleum refinery, strengthening fuel production within Africa, reducing reliance on imports, and supporting regional energy security.

Reliance Industries Ltd Q3FY26 result review

Reliance Industries’ numbers were above expectations in Q3FY26, revenue growth was driven by strong performances in its digital services, retail, and other businesses. Consolidated net revenue was up by 10.4% YoY to Rs 264,905 crore in Q3FY26.EBITDA grew by 5.1% YoY to Rs 46,018 crore, supported by better contributions from Organised retail and digital businesses. EBITDA margin stood at 17.4% in Q3FY26, vs. 18.2% in Q3FY25. Net profit was up 1.6% YoY to Rs 22,290 crore. Net profit impacted due to higher interest expense and tax expenditure.

Wipro Q3FY26 result review

Wipro’s numbers were inline with estimates in Q3FY26, and expects revenue growth from the IT Services business segment to be in the range of 0% to +2% in constant currencyterms for Q4FY26E.

Consolidated revenue was up by 3.8% QoQ and 5.5% YoY, to Rs 23,556 crore in Rupee terms. IT services segment revenue was at $2,635.4 million, increase of 1.2% QoQ and 0.2% YoY. EBIT was down 5.1%QoQand9.6%YoY to Rs3,491 crore, impacted byhigher employee costs including impact of past service cost on gratuity due to implementation of new labour code. EBIT margin stood at 14.8% in Q3FY26 vs. 16.2% in Q2FY26 and 17.3% in Q3FY25. Net Profit de grew 3.6% QoQ and6.6%onYoYbasis to Rs 3,145 crore.

Tech Mahindra Q3FY26 result review

Tech Mahindra revenue was above expectations and net profit was below expectations in Q3FY26, delivered eight consecutive quarters of margin expansion. New deal wins have increased by 47% on YoY basis at $1,096 mn, supported by broad-based momentum across verticals.

Consolidated revenue grew 2.9% QoQ and 8.3% YoY to Rs 14,393 crore. Dollar Revenue of US$ 1,610 Mn, up 1.5% QoQ, up 2.7% YoY in reported terms and revenue (in cc) up 1.7% QoQ and 1.3% YoY. EBIT increased by 11.3% QoQ and 40.2% YoY to Rs 1892 crore in Q3FY26, supported by lower subcontracting costs on YoY basis. EBIT margin ramped up to 131% in Q3FY26 vs. 12.1% in Q2FY26 and 10.2% in Q3FY25. Net Profit fell by 6.9% QoQ, and grew 13.1% YoY to Rs 1109 crore.

J K Cements

J K Cements reported revenue of Rs 3,463 cr, up 18% year on year and 14%quarter on quarter. It reported operating profit of Rs.557 cr and margin of 16%. Net profit stood at Rs. 174 cr, down 8% year on year and up9% quarteron quarter.

JSW Infra

Revenue up 14.2% at Rs 1,350 crore; Net Profit was 8.9% at Rs 359 crore.

Diamond Power Infra

Company has received a letter of intent from Enrich Energy Private Limited, for Supply of Power Cables worth Rs. 52.48 crore (inclusive GST).

LTI Mindtree (LTIM) Q3FY26 result preview

LTIM could report revenue growth of 3.2% QoQ and 11% YoY growth to Rs 10,723 crore in Rupee terms. In US$ term, revenue could surge by 2% QoQ and 5.7% YoY to US$ 1203 mn in Q3FY26.

Net profit could rise by 5.7% QoQ and 34.4% YoY to Rs 1,461 crore in Q3FY26. EBIT margin could increase by 40bps QoQ and 250bps YoY to 16.2%. Management could comment on the demand outlook, the deal pipeline and impact of new labour code on profitability.

Advait Energy Transitions

Company has received an order for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Conversion of (1) 66kV Jamla-Mansa- 1 Line (2) 66 kV Khedbrahma-Vartol Line (3) 66 kV Vijapur-Sunadarpur Line (4) 66 kV Vijapur-Malosan Line (5) 66 kV Vijapur- Ranasan-1 Line of Himatnagar Circle with DOG Conductor into equivalent HTLS Conductor (Equivalent weight of DOG Conductor with Higher Ampacity) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCL), on January 16, 2026. The total order value stands at Rs 32.93 crore. It is expected to be executed in the next 9 months.

Rossari Biotech

Revenue for the quarter grew 13.5% YoY at Rs 581.7 crore. Operating profit was up 6.3% YoY at Rs 68.9 crore. Net profit was higher by 3.5% at Rs 32.8 crore.

RailTel Corporation

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has received the work order worth Rs 12.28 crore from Director IT, Govt of Tripura.

RBL Bank

NIM improved 12 bps at 4.63% versus 4.51% QoQ. NII up 4.6% at Rs 1,657 crore YoY. Operating Profit was down 8.4% at Rs 912 crore YoY. Net Profit stood at Rs 214 crore vs. Rs 32.6 crore YoY. Gross NPA at 1.88% versus 2.32% QoQ.

Oil and Gas

India’s Russian oil imports have fallen significantly this month. US sanctions have reduced the number of buyers. Indian Oil and Nayara Energy are now the main purchasers, boosting their intake. Reliance Industries has stopped all Russian crude supplies. This shift is prompting Russian suppliers to offer deeper discounts on their oil.

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has secured a Rs 3,070 crore civil Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd construction contract from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for a project under the Central Vista redevelopment in New Delhi. The order will be executed over 21 months.

Federal Bank

Federal Bank reported a 9% YoY rise in net profit at Rs 1,041 crore, driven by healthy loan growth and stable margins. NII grew 9% to Rs 2,653 crore. The bank’s NIM improved to 3.18% from 3.06% in Q2FY26. Advances increased 15% YoY to Rs 2.66 lakh crore. Asset quality continued to strengthen, with GNPA/NNPA declining to 1.72/0.42%, compared with 1.83/0.48% in Q2FY26. The bank’s return on assets (RoA) improved marginally to 1.15% from 1.14% a year ago, while return on equity (RoE) stood at 11.68%, as compared with 12% in the correspondingquarter last year.

Poonawalla Fincorp

The company reported over 2x increase in its net profit at Rs 150 crore, compared with Rs 74.2 crore in the previous quarter and an eight fold YoY rise from Rs 18.7 crore a year earlier, aided by higher interest income and improved operating leverage. NII surged 50% year-on-year to Rs 920 crore. AUM grew by 77.5% from the previous year and 15.3% sequentially to around Rs 55,000 crore.

L&T Finance

L&T Finance reported a healthy performance for Q3FY26, with net profit rising 17.9% YoY to Rs 739 crore. NII grew 13.4% to Rs 2,537 crore, reflecting sustained momentum across its retail lending. Retail disbursements for Q3FY26 are estimated at Rs 22,690 crore, marking a sharp 49% increase. NIM expanded 16bps QoQ to 8.58% while CoB declined 7 bps to 7.25%. The retail loan book expanded to an estimated Rs 1.11 lakh crore as of December 31, 2025, registering a year-on-year growth of around 21%.

ICICI Bank

The bank’s profitability was impacted due to RBI mandated provisions. The net profit for the period fell 4% to Rs 11,318 crore. Net interest income increased 7.7% to Rs 21,932.2 crore. asset quality improved as its net non-performing assets (NPA) declined to 0.37% from 0.39% in the previous quarter, while its gross NPA contracted to 1.53% from 1.58% sequentially. ICICI Bank’s board of directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi as MDandCEOofthebankforanothertwo years.

KPI Green Energy

KPI Green Energy Limited has received orders for the Supply of Goods from M/s. Adani Green Energy Limited and Onsite Services for M/s. Adani Green Energy Six Limited for Balance of System (BoS) package for an aggregate 534 MW Solar Power Projects at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.

Indus Towers

Indus Towers’ step-down subsidiaries Indus Towers Management FZE and Indus Towers Investment FZE—have incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries in Nigeria and Zambia, marking the company’s formal entry into African telecom infrastructure markets.

Kalpataru Projects

Company announced that it has successfully completed the sale of its 100% equity stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited (VEPL) to growth market sustainable infrastructure investor, Actis. The definitive agreement(s) were executed on October 9, 2024 to transfer the entire stake in VEPL to Actis, at an agreed Enterprise Value of ~Rs. 775 crores (subject to necessary closing adjustments).

GR Infra Projects

Company has emerged as L-1 bidder in Financial Bid Opening dated 16th January 2026 for the tender invited by NTPC Limited. This is a GR Infra Projects EPC Package for BESS Implementation at NTPC Thermal Power Stations (Lot-1); Mouda Super Thermal Power Station (Mouda) with a contract price of Rs. 487 crore.

L&T

L&T’s Hydrocarbon Onshore business vertical (L&T Onshore) has won a large order from Petronet LNG, a joint venture promoted by four leading PSUs, viz., Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), GAIL (India) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL). According to the company’s project classification, the value of the order ranges between Rs 2,500 crore to Rs 5,000 crore.

Polycab India

Revenue for the quarter increased 46.1% from the same quarter last year to Rs 7.636.1 crore. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 966.7 crore, 34.2% higher than the last year’s figure of Rs 720 crore. EBITDA margin for the quarter narrowed by over 100 bps to 12.66% from 13.8% last year. Polycab’s core wires and cables segment revenue increased to Rs 6,852 crore from Rs 4,450 crore during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the FMEG segment touched the Rs 500 crore mark from Rs 423.1 crore last year. The EPC segment revenue stood at Rs 407 crore from Rs 392 crore in the year-ago period.

Sobha Ltd

Sobha reported 28.8% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 154.28 crore on 22.95% fall in revenue from operations to Rs 943.11 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) fell 30.3% YoY to Rs 205.34 crore. Sales value stood at Rs 2,115 crore in Q3 FY26, registering the growth of 52% YoY and 11% QoQ. Average price realization stood was Rs 15,436 per square feet (Sq.Ft.).

Hindustan Copper

Hindustan Copper Ltd. announces the successful commencement of underground mining operations at the Kendadih Copper Mine in Ghatshila, Jharkhand, effective January 15,2026.

Reliance Inds

Reliance Industries Ltd’s new energy business is beginning to move from construction to commissioning, with the company disclosing fresh operational milestones across solar manufacturing, batteries, and digital control systems. The group also outlined the scale of power generation it plans to deliver from its renewable energy hub in Kutch.

Vedanta

Vedanta Ltd.’s subsidiary ESL Steel Ltd. received two demand notices from the Odisha government regarding an alleged shortfall in production and dispatch targets, totaling Rs.1255.37 crore.
