One adverse observation issued in USFDA inspection of Granules India’s Hyderabad API plant
US FDA concluded inspection at the company’s Bonthapally, Hyderabad API plant and issued one Form 483 observation. The inspection was done from June 16 to June 20. The company will respond to this observation within the stipulated time. Bonthapally facility is one of the world’s largest single-site Paracetamol API manufacturing plants by volume. Along with Paracetamol APIs, the company has established Metformin and Guaifenesin API manufacturing plants in the same facility.
Emcure to acquires shares of minority shareholders of subsidiary Zuventus
Emcure Pharmaceuticals announced that its Board of Directors has approved to enter into agreement with minority shareholders of Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., one of its subsidiaries, to acquire their shareholding. Following the completion of this transaction, Zuventus will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Emcure. The transaction is expected to close in Q2FY26. Company currently owns 79.58% shareholding in Zuventus. It would acquire balance stake for an aggregate consideration of Rs 725 crore payable in cash in one or more tranches on closing, based on valuation. Revenue for FY25 stood at Rs 1080 crore and net profit at Rs 134.8 crore.

Company has been awarded an Ultra Mega EPC Orders of Transmission Lines from Power Grid Corporation. This win falls within the ultra-mega band (Rs 400 crore and above) to be executed within 29 months.
Central Coalfields Ltd to start operating two new mines
Coal India arm Central Coalfields Ltd plans to bring two new coal mines into production in the current financial year which would ramp up its capacity by 10-12 million tonnes per annum. The move assumes significance as Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) aims to cross 110 million tonnes production in the current financial year and 150 million tonnes by 2030.

US FDA issues 3 observations in its inspection of Unichem Laboratories’ Roha facility
US FDA conducted an inspection at the Company’s Roha API facility from 16th June 2025 to 20th June 2025. The inspection closed with three observations which were more of procedural changes with none of these related to data integrity.
Bharat Electronics gets new orders of Rs 585 crore
The company secured additional orders worth Rs 585 crore. Major orders received include fire control and sighting system for missiles, communication equipment, jammers, spares, services etc.
Brigade Enterprises launches new project in Chennai
Company has launched Brigade Morgan Heights, at Sholinganallur Medavakkam road, Chennai, a residential project. The project spans 14.7 acres, features three towers housing thoughtfully designed units comprising of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with sizes extending up to 2,599 sq. ft. and will feature 1250 residential units with a total development potential of 2.2 million square feet. The gross development value of this project is approximately Rs 2,100 crore.

Interarch Building gets new order of Rs 80 crore
Company received an order worth Rs 80 crore (excluding taxes) from Ather Energy. It is expected to be executed over the next 9 months.
EMS Ltd declared L1 bidder for Rs 104.05 crore project
EMS Limited has received the lowest bidder (L1) status awarded by UP Jal Nigam (Urban). The estimated order value (excl. GST) is approximately Rs 104.05 crore. It would be executed over the next 24 months.
