Mumbai, June 2: Healthcare-related indices remained under pressure during the afternoon session on Monday, with Nifty Pharma and broader healthcare benchmarks emerging among the biggest sectoral laggards, according to exchange data.
Selling pressure was visible across healthcare stocks, dragging the Nifty Pharma index down 1.17% to 23,931.50. The weakness extended to the broader healthcare space, with Nifty MidSmall Healthcare declining 1.12%, Nifty 500 Healthcare falling 0.98%, and the Nifty Healthcare Index losing 0.89%.
