Mumbai, May 26: NIS Management has secured new work orders worth ₹2.32 crore from Nesco Limited and the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of West Bengal, according to a regulatory filing.

The orders, received in the normal course of business, cover facility management and housekeeping services. The total contract value stands at ₹2.32 crore, inclusive of taxes.

Nesco Limited awarded two contracts to the company. The first, valued at ₹1.48 crore, relates to the deployment of facility supervisors and attendants at the Nesco Complex. The second order, worth ₹46.90 lakh, involves the deployment of facility attendants.

Separately, the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Kolkata, awarded a ₹36.72 lakh contract for housekeeping services at the New Secretariat Building, Block-B, Administrative Block of the High Court.

The company said the orders reflect continued confidence from both corporate and government clients in its service capabilities.

Stock Market Snapshot

NIS Management shares have shown signs of recovery after remaining under pressure earlier this month.

Based on recent trading data, the stock rebounded from around ₹48 and moved back towards ₹58 levels, recovering a significant portion of its recent decline.

The NIS Management share price gained attention after the company disclosed the fresh order wins, which provide additional revenue visibility for the coming financial year.

Contracts Extend Into FY27

According to the filing, both contracts received from Nesco Limited are scheduled to run until March 31, 2027.

The PWD contract will be executed over a period of 365 days from the commencement date.

NIS Management clarified that none of the contracts involve related-party transactions and that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the entities awarding the orders.

About NIS Management

NIS Management operates in the facility management and support services segment, providing manpower deployment, housekeeping, maintenance and related services to corporate, industrial and government clients.

The company derives a significant portion of its business from long-term service contracts, which provide recurring revenue and operational visibility.

Conclusion

The latest orders strengthen NIS Management’s order book and reinforce its presence in the facility management services space.

While the contract size is relatively modest, repeat business from Nesco and a new assignment from the West Bengal PWD highlight the company’s ability to secure work from both private and public sector clients, supporting revenue visibility going forward.
