NSE will remain closed on Tuesday, 03 March 2026, on account of Holi.

On this day, trading across the equity segment, equity derivatives, currency derivatives, and other applicable segments will remain suspended for the full session. This includes the pre-open session (09:00-09:08 hrs), regular market hours (09:15-15:30 hrs), and the closing session.

Apart from Holi, March 2026 also includes two additional weekday trading holidays:

  • 26 March 2026 (Thursday) – Shri Ram Navami
  • 31 March 2026 (Tuesday)– Shri Mahavir Jayanti

Market participants should plan trades and settlements accordingly, especially during the final week of March, when multiple closures may impact liquidity and settlement cycles.
