Nucleus Software Secures Shinhan Finance Deal in Vietnam; Shares Rise 1.42%

Mumbai, November 04: Nucleus Software Exports Limited (BSE: 531209; NSE: NUCLEUS) has announced that Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited has selected its FinOne Neo 9.0 platform to modernise its consumer finance operations and support business growth in Vietnam.

The announcement was made through a press release submitted to the stock exchanges on November 4, 2026.

Nucleus Software’s FinOne Neo 9.0 Implementation

Shinhan Finance will implement Nucleus Software’s Customer Acquisition System, Loan Management System and Collections modules across its lending operations.

The platform is expected to support personal finance, vehicle finance, consumer loans, credit cards and bundled propositions such as Omni Loan.

According to the company, FinOne Neo 9.0 will enable straight-through processing across eligible lending journeys, faster product launches, additional self-service channels and management of the complete lending lifecycle through a unified platform.

Shinhan DS Vietnam will serve as the system integration partner for the implementation.

Nucleus Software Expands Vietnam Presence

Nucleus Software said Vietnam is its largest market in Southeast Asia, with its operations in the country dating back to its first implementation in 2012.

The company incorporated Nucleus Software Vietnam Company Limited, a wholly owned local entity, in February 2026 and established an office in Hanoi to strengthen its local delivery, implementation and customer-support capabilities.
