Mumbai, November 7, 2025: FN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (Nykaa, NSE: NYKAA, BSE: 543384) reported a strong Q2 FY26 performance, with consolidated revenue rising 25.1% year-on-year (YoY) and 8.9% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to ₹2,345.98 crore. Profit attributable to equity shareholders jumped 242.9% YoY to ₹34.43 crore and increased 47.6% QoQ. Beauty continued to drive growth, while Fashion posted reduced losses. The Board approved the unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results today.

Key Financial Highlights- Consolidated

In Q2 FY26, Nykaa delivered strong growth, with consolidated revenue rising 25.1% YoY to ₹2,345.98 crore. Profit after tax surged 154.1% YoY to ₹32.98 crore, while profit attributable to equity shareholders more than tripled to ₹34.43 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

For H1 FY26, revenue grew 24.3% YoY to ₹4,000.92 crore, with total income at ₹4,018.28 crore. Net profit more than doubled to ₹57.45 crore, demonstrating robust financial momentum and continued business growth.

Segment-Wise Performance

Beauty remained the primary growth driver, contributing 90.9% of revenue at ₹2,131.88 crore and generating a profit of ₹95.01 crore in Q2 FY26. The Fashion segment recorded revenue of ₹201 crore with reduced losses of ₹12.01 crore, while the Other segment reported revenue of ₹13.10 crore and a loss of ₹9.46 crore.

Balance Sheet and Cash Flows

As of September 30, 2025, total assets were ₹4332.40 crore. Equity, Non-Controlling interest was ₹1439.43 crore. Borrowings were at ₹989.85 crore, of which ₹957.11 crore was current and ₹32.74 crore non-current. The cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹112.57 crore, and there are other bank balances of ₹101.10 crore. H1 FY26 cash flow operations were ₹129.29 crore.

As of November 7, 2025, the share price of FSN E-Commerce Ltd closed at ₹246, reflecting a marginal decline of 0.06% from the previous close of ₹246.14
