Ola Electric Mobility Ltd shares slipped 6.60% to ₹28.85 on the NSE as of 11:56 am IST on 16 February, down from the previous close of ₹30.89. The stock opened at ₹29.90 and touched a low of ₹28.71 so far, hovering near its 52-week low.

Why Ola Electric Mobility Share Price Declined

In Q3FY26, consolidated revenue from operations came in at ₹470 crore, a 55.02% year-on-year decline from ₹1,045 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. The steep contraction in revenue appears to have weighed on sentiment during the session.

The company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹487 crore for the quarter under review, compared with a loss of ₹564 crore in Q3FY25.

Deliveries declined 61 percent YoY to 32,680 units in Q3 FY26, compared with 84,029 units a year earlier. Adjusted operating EBITDA loss narrowed 34.6 percent to ₹323 crore.

Ola Electric said the quarter marked a structural reset as it realigned its retail footprint, cost base and operating model amid slower electric vehicle penetration growth and a focus on service execution.

What this Means for Investors

At the same time, the narrowing of net losses and reported consolidated gross margin of 34.3% up 15.7 percentage points year-on-year and 3.4 percentage points quarter-on-quarter, indicates improvement in cost structure and operating leverage, as per the company’s disclosure.

Ola Electric Mobility shares declined 6.60% to ₹28.85 in intraday trade on 16 February after the company reported a 55.02% year-on-year drop in Q3FY26 revenue to ₹470 crore.
