Mumbai, September 30: Omara Ventures India IPO was subscribed 0.53 times on the first day of bidding on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The issue received bids for 6,77,600 shares against 12,82,000 shares offered to the public.
The NII category was subscribed 1.15 times, receiving bids for 5,91,200 shares against 5,12,800 shares offered.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 0.25 times, while the individual investors category was subscribed 0.05 times.
The Omara Ventures India IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and will remain open until October 5, 2026.

The NII portion received bids for 5,91,200 shares against 5,12,800 shares offered, taking the subscription to 1.15 times.
Within the NII category, the bNII portion was subscribed 1.65 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 0.16 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 63,200 shares against 2,56,400 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.25 times.
The individual investors category received bids for 23,200 shares against 5,12,800 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.05 times.
Overall, the IPO received bids for 6,77,600 shares against 12,82,000 shares offered. The total bid amount stood at ₹21.073 crore based on the upper end of the price band.
The issue had received 85 applications as of the Day 1 update.
