About Omara Ventures India Limited

Incorporated in October 2020, Omara Ventures India Limited is a retail jewellery company operating under the “Omara” brand. The company sells diamond jewellery made with natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and metals including gold, platinum and silver. Its portfolio includes necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and other jewellery for weddings, festivals, special occasions and everyday wear. Omara follows a curated, design-led approach, with product conceptualisation, design development, customer preference analysis and merchandising undertaken in-house. The company primarily serves B2C customers through its retail boutique and also provides jewellery customisation services. Its products carry the Omara brand insignia, while applicable precious-metal and diamond certifications support product authenticity. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 17 employees.

Objectives of the Proceeds
