Omara Ventures India made its debut at ₹319 on the BSE SME, ₹8 above its final IPO issue price of ₹311 per share. The issue price was fixed at the upper end of the IPO price band of ₹296–₹311 per share.

The shares were listed on October 8 after the IPO opened on September 30 and closed on October 5. The allotment was finalised on October 6, followed by credit of shares on October 7.

At 9:37 AM IST, the stock remained at ₹319, matching its reported listing price.

IPO Subscription Data

The Omara Ventures India IPO was subscribed 1.06 times overall by the close of bidding on October 5, 2026. The QIB portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 1.00 time, while the NII category recorded 1.72 times subscription.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 2.26 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 0.64 times. The individual investor category was subscribed 0.43 times.

The final subscription data showed bids for 13,60,000 shares against 12,82,000 shares offered to the public, with 386 applications recorded.

Omara Ventures India shares were trading at ₹319 at 9:37 AM IST, matching the BSE SME listing price and remaining ₹8 above the ₹311 IPO issue price.
