Mumbai August, 31: Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited has received fresh orders worth approximately ₹122 crore from domestic and international customers, with two Letters of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) making up most of the new business.

The larger of the two GETCO orders is worth ₹106.66 crore and covers the establishment of a 66 kV underground cable network in the Jamnagar Circle. The company has also received a ₹10.83 crore LOI from GETCO for a rate contract.

Alongside the domestic business, Parth Electricals has received an export order worth US$432,000 from a customer in the United States for the supply of medium-voltage switchgear panels.

The company said the orders are expected to be executed progressively. Work is expected to begin within around three months and be completed within approximately 12 months, subject to contractual conditions, approvals and other requirements.

Parth Electricals Shares Rise 5.87% As Of 3:31 PM

Parth Electricals shares were trading at ₹528.25, up ₹29.30 or 5.87%, as of 3:31:31 PM IST on August 31, 2026, according to the market data provided.

The stock was active from the start of the session, briefly moving to around ₹535 before spending much of the day between ₹510 and ₹520. The stronger move came late in the session, when buying interest pushed the shares above ₹520.

The Parth Electricals share price was holding near ₹528 at the reported timestamp, leaving the stock well above its levels through most of the afternoon.

The move came on the same day the company disclosed the new order inflow and updated its executable order book.

GETCO Contracts Account For Most Of The Order Value

GETCO’s two LOIs account for the overwhelming majority of the newly disclosed orders. The ₹106.66 crore contract involves a 66 kV underground cable network in Jamnagar, while the ₹10.83 crore order is a rate contract.

For Parth Electricals, the Jamnagar project adds a sizeable transmission and distribution assignment to its pipeline. The underground cable work also gives the company exposure to a specific infrastructure requirement within Gujarat’s power network.

The US order is smaller in value but broadens the company’s international business. It covers MV switchgear panels and was received from a customer in the United States.

The company said the export order also strengthens its relationship with an existing US customer.

Order Book Reaches About ₹425 Crore

Following the latest additions, Parth Electricals said its total executable order book stood at approximately ₹425 crore as of August 29, 2026.

That provides visibility over the next 12 to 15 months, based on the company’s assessment. The new orders are spread across domestic power infrastructure and overseas equipment supply, giving the order book a mix of project and product-led work.

The company said the domestic contracts will help it build on its capabilities in electrical infrastructure and specialised services, while the export order supports its efforts to expand its international business.

There are no promoter interests in the entities awarding the orders, according to the disclosure. The company also said the contracts do not fall under related party transactions.

Conclusion

Parth Electricals has secured approximately ₹122 crore of fresh orders, led by a ₹106.66 crore GETCO LOI for a 66 kV underground cable network in Jamnagar and a ₹10.83 crore rate contract.

The company has also received a US$432,000 export order for MV switchgear panels. With these additions, its executable order book has reached approximately ₹425 crore as of August 29, 2026.
