Peninsula Land Ltd Invests in Terranest Agri-Infratech

MUMBAI | May 27, 2025 — Peninsula Land Ltd (BSE: 503031 | NSE: PENINLAND) announced that it has invested in M/s. Terranest Agri-Infratech LLP through its wholly owned subsidiary, Peninsula Holdings and Investments Private Limited (PHIPL). The investment is a part of a strategic joint venture agreement executed with Alpha Alternatives’ Real Estate 2.0 Residential Opportunities Fund (Alpha AIF) and Delta Corp Ltd.
Investment Overview
The investment marks the operationalisation of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) originally entered into on June 24, 2024, and approved by shareholders during the EOGM held on June 3, 2024. This JV aims to create a real estate development platform focused on residential projects.
Under the terms of a Deed of Reconstitution dated May 27, 2025, PHIPL has infused the following capital into Terranest LLP:

Strategic Purpose

At the time of acquisition, the LLP had no operations or revenue. Project development is slated to begin in the coming months, with no expected turnover for FY2025–26.
The objective of the acquisition is to participate in a focused real estate platform alongside Alpha AIF and Delta, targeting scalable development opportunities in the residential segment.
