Ahmedabad, Oct 14, 2025: The share price of penny stock Spright Agro Ltd (BSE: 531205) surged 4.12% to ₹1.01 in early trade on Tuesday. This development occurred after the company announced the execution of a ₹283.77 crore annual supply agreement for the current financial year with Naadir Traders Private Limited. The contract pertains to the supply of oilseeds.

The company was formerly known as Tine Agro Limited. The business is engaged in the trading and distribution of agricultural commodities, primarily oilseeds and related products. The company is listed on the BSE.

Key Agreement Details

The company entered into a ₹283.77 crore fixed-rate, annual supply agreement with Naadir Traders Private Limited for FY2025–26, covering natural soybean, celastrus paniculatus, flax, and sunflower oil seeds. The contract will involve quarterly dispatches under an arm’s-length commercial arrangement and is exempt from GST as agricultural produce. This agreement ensures stable revenue visibility for FY26, strengthens supply chain consistency, and enhances the company’s order book and profitability outlook through predictable, recurring supply operations.

Commodity-Wise Breakdown

The contract about the supply of oilseeds is widely spread across five different commodities. Natural Soybean Oil Seeds contribute the largest volume at 3,275 MT valued at ₹14.89 crore, followed by White Hulled Sunflower Seeds at ₹18.66 crore, the highest value contributor. Other products include Celastrus Paniculatus (₹3.18 crore), Flax Seeds (₹12.78 crore), and Black Sunflower Seeds (₹7.25 crore). The total of each consignment is ₹56.76 crore.

Market Reaction

At 10:40 a.m., the shares were trading 4.12% higher than the previous day’s closing price at ₹1.01 per share. The shares also hit the upper circuit limit on the BSE today. The 52-week range remains between ₹0.96 per share and ₹16.79 per share.

Management Commentary

The company’s MD (Managing Director), Mr Akshaykumar Natubhai Patel, underlined that this is a key operational milestone in the company’s history and will further help the enterprise’s growth trajectory in the oilseed segment for the current financial year.
