India’s leading LNG Company, Petronet LNG Ltd, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

Q4 FY25 Performance Highlights:

  • Revenue from operations stood at ₹12,315.75 crore during the fourth quarter of FY25 as against ₹13,793.16 crore in the corresponding period a year ago, down 10.7%.
  • Net total income for the quarter was down 10.3% YoY at ₹12,513.15 crore compared to₹13,946.80 crore in Q4 FY24.
  • While expenses were contained well, total cost decreased 14.6% to ₹11,070.04 crore, against ₹12,954.77 crore in the year-ago quarter.
  • There was a significant jump in profit before tax (PBT) by 45.5% to ₹1,443.11 crore from₹992.03 crore for Q4 FY24.
  • Net profit after tax (PAT) also posted a steep increase of 45.4% to ₹1,067.58 crore compared with ₹734.07 crore in the same period last year.
  • Its profit from joint ventures was at ₹27.32 crore as against ₹30.36 crore in Q4 FY24 down by 10%.
  • Total consolidated net income jumped 43.2% to ₹1,094.90 crore against ₹764.43 crore clocked in the year-ago period of Q4 last year.
  • The EPS in Q4 FY25 stood at ₹7.30, improving from ₹5.10 in Q4 FY24, up 43.1% yoy.

Dividend Announcement:

  • FY25 Final Dividend: ₹3.00 per share (recommended)
  • FY24 Dividend: ₹3.00
  • FY23 Dividend: ₹3.50

The firm has always returned cash to stockholders through regular dividend payments, complemented by cash flow that continues to provide the foundation for the company’s strategy.

Share Performance:

Shares of Petronet LNG have gained a total of 3.6% in the last year, and 1.98% in the last month.
