New Delhi, September 24, 2025: Poly Medicure Limited’s share price saw positive investor sentiment today, on September 24, after the company announced some key outcomes from its board meeting. At the end of today’s market session, the shares closed 1.55%, or 30.20 points higher at ₹1,983.10. The shares made an intraday high of ₹1,998.50 and a low of ₹1,942.00. The traded volume stood at 99.54 thousand shares, with the company’s current market cap at ₹19,788 crores.

Poly Medicure Limited is an Indian company that operates in the medical devices segment. It manufactures a wide range of disposable healthcare products. The company was established in 1995, and its headquarters are in Faridabad, Haryana, India. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol POLYMED and on BSE with the code 531768.

Board Approving Global Acquisition and ESOP Allotment

The company had recently announced some key outcomes from its board meeting, including an overseas acquisition and employee stock allotment. Poly Medicure B.V. (Amsterdam), a wholly owned subsidiary of Poly Medicure, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Medistream SA, Switzerland. The company will acquire Medistream SA, along with its subsidiaries, including Citieffe SRL (Italy), Citieffe Inc (USA), and Citieffe De (Mexico). Once the deal is executed, Poly Medicure will hold a 100% stake in the Citieffe Group.

Furthermore, the company also announced that its board has approved the allotment of 33,775 equity shares (face value ₹5 each) under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2020. After this, the company’s paid-up capital will increase from ₹50.66 crore to ₹50.68 crore. The company will issue the shares at an exercise price of ₹100, with a ₹95 premium per share.
