Mumbai, September 30, 2026: Pooja Logistics shares made their stock market debut at ₹118 per share on NSE SME on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The listing price was ₹3 or 2.61% above the company’s IPO price of ₹115 per share.

The debut followed Pooja Logistics’ ₹44.23 crore IPO, which received 2.61 times overall subscription during the September 23–25 bidding period.

Pooja Logistics shares started trading at ₹118, compared with the final IPO price of ₹115. This resulted in a listing premium of ₹3 per share.

The company’s IPO had a price band of ₹109–₹115 per share, with the final issue price fixed at the upper end of the band.

After debuting at ₹118, Pooja Logistics shares moved higher during the morning session. At 10:24:52 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹123.90.

The price was ₹5.90 or 5% above the ₹118 listing price. Compared with the IPO price of ₹115, the shares were trading ₹8.90 or 7.74% higher

₹44.23 Crore IPO Entirely Fresh Issue

Pooja Logistics raised ₹44.23 crore through an entirely fresh issue of equity shares.

The total issue comprised 38,46,000 shares, including 1,98,000 shares reserved for the market maker. The fresh issue excluding the market-maker portion comprised 36,48,000 shares.

The company had 1,04,38,000 shares before the IPO, which increased to 1,42,84,000 shares after the issue.

IPO Received 2.61 Times Subscription

The Pooja Logistics IPO received 2.61 times overall subscription by the close of bidding on September 25.

The QIB category was subscribed 1.77 times, while the NII portion received 5.08 times subscription. The retail category was subscribed 2.85 times. The employee portion was subscribed 0.62 times.

Overall, investors placed bids for 95,25,600 shares against 36,48,000 shares offered to the public. The IPO received a total of 1,941 applications.

NII Category Gets 5.08 Times Subscription

The NII category received bids for 27,40,800 shares against 5,40,000 shares offered, resulting in subscription of 5.08 times.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 5.14 times, while applications below ₹10 lakh received 4.94 times subscription.

The total amount collected from the NII category stood at ₹31.52 crore.

Retail Investors Subscribe 2.85 Times

The retail portion received bids for 35,92,800 shares against 12,60,000 shares offered, taking subscription to 2.85 times.

The IPO lot size was fixed at 1,200 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application required ₹1,38,000.

The retail category accounted for 32.76% of the total shares offered in the issue.

QIB Portion Subscribed 1.77 Times

The QIB portion was subscribed 1.77 times, including the anchor allocation.

Investors in this category placed bids for 31,47,600 shares against 17,76,000 shares allocated to the QIB segment. The allocation included 10,62,000 shares for anchor investors and 7,14,000 shares for QIBs excluding anchors.

The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 2.32 times, with bids for 16,58,400 shares against 7,14,000 shares offered.

Pooja Logistics IPO Lot Size And Issue Details

The IPO lot size was fixed at 1,200 shares, with the retail application amount at the upper price-band level standing at ₹1,38,000.

For high-net-worth investors, the minimum application size was three lots, or 3,600 shares, requiring ₹4,14,000 at the issue price.

The issue opened on September 23, 2026, and closed on September 25. The basis of allotment was finalised on September 28, while shares were credited to successful applicants on September 29.

Pooja Logistics shares were listed on the NSE SME platform on September 30, 2026.
