Poojaa Precision Engg. IPO heads into its final day of bidding with subscription already nearing 80 times, as retail and HNI investors continue to pile into the ₹159.83 crore SME issue.

Mumbai, July 30: The Poojaa Precision Engg. IPO is drawing heavy investor interest on the last day of bidding, with the issue already subscribed 79.64 times by 10:19 AM. Demand remains strongest from high net-worth investors (HNIs), while retail investors have also continued to bid aggressively, making the SME issue one of the most closely watched offerings this week.
The three-day public issue, which opened on July 28, will close later today. Since IPO applications generally pick up during the second half of the final day, the overall subscription figure could move higher before the bidding window shuts this evening.
HNIs Continue to Dominate Bidding
The biggest interest has come from the non-institutional investor (NII) category, where applications have far exceeded the shares on offer.
As of the latest update, the subscription stood at:
| Category | Subscription |
| QIB (Ex Anchor) | 7.31 times |
| NII | 148.78 times |
| • bNII | 172.33 times |
| • sNII | 101.44 times |
| Retail | 93.17 times |
| Employees | 0.71 times |
| Overall | 79.64 times |
The IPO had received 2,45,860 applications by mid-morning.
Retail Participation Remains Exceptionally Strong
Retail investors have continued to show strong confidence in the issue, with their reserved portion already subscribed 93.17 times. The HNI segment has attracted even stronger demand, crossing 148 times, indicating aggressive participation from larger investors.
Meanwhile, the QIB (excluding anchor investors) portion stood at 7.31 times, a healthy level considering institutional participation generally builds closer to the closing hours.
With several hours of bidding still left, investors will closely watch whether the subscription crosses the three-digit mark before the issue closes.
