Bengaluru, July 9, 2025: Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (NSE: PRESTIGE, BSE: 533274) has reported its highest-ever quarterly sales performance in Q1 FY26, clocking ₹12,126 crore in pre-sales – a remarkable 300% year-on-year (YoY) surge. This exceptional growth was primarily driven by robust new project launches, strong collections from customers, a successful strategic entry into the NCR (National Capital Region) market, and the completion of its first projects in Mumbai.

  • Other cities: 3%

This signifies the success of Prestige’s recent expansion efforts into the high-growth NCR market.

Project Launches: 14.94 Mn Sq. Ft. Across Four Cities

Prestige successfully launched four significant residential projects during the quarter, collectively spanning 14.94 million square feet. Notably, this included its maiden projects in the NCR — a strategic move that has already yielded immediate success.

Management Commentary

“Q1 FY26 has been a milestone quarter for Prestige, with significant progress across multiple fronts. Our NCR debut saw 80% of inventory sold at launch, and we delivered our first completions in Mumbai.
