New Delhi, September 25, 2025: The share allotment for the IPO of Prime Cable Industries is expected to be finalised today, on September 25. The IPO received strong demand from investors and was overall subscribed 7.77 times. It was subscribed 18.87 times by QIBs, 9.73 times by NIIs and 6.88 times by retail investors.

Prime Cable Industries Limited is an Indian company engaged in the manufacture and sale of a wide range of cables and wires. The company was established in 2008 and has its headquarters in New Delhi, India.

Investors who applied to the issue can check their allotment status by visiting the NSE Emerge portal or through the website of the registrar, which is Skyline Financial Services. In case of successful allotment, the investors will receive the shares in their demat accounts tentatively on September 26. The price band for the IPO was ₹78.00-₹83.00. The lot size was 1,600, equalling a minimum investment of ₹2,65,600 at the upper price band. Prime Cable Industries IPO opened on September 22, 2025 and closed on September 24, 2025. The shares of the company are expected to list on NSE Emerge on September 29, 2025.
