PVV Infra Enters Strategic Collaboration with Reliance BP Mobility

Mumbai, June 5: PVV Infra Ltd said its board approved a strategic collaboration with Reliance BP Mobility Ltd (RBML) for the development and operation of a wayside amenity project in Jharkhand.

According to the exchange filing on Friday, the arrangement relates to a site at JHT010, Kokpara, located on NH-49 in Jharkhand.

The company said the proposed project will be developed under a License Agreement following a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The offered space for the development is approximately 9,871 square metres.

PVV Infra added that the lease tenure for the project is proposed at 29 years with an eight-year lock-in period, while the rent-free fit-out period has been fixed at 10 months from site handover.

The definitive agreement between the parties is currently being finalised and will be executed separately, the company said.

Board Approves New Corporate Logo, Mumbai Office

Apart from the strategic collaboration, the board also approved the adoption of a new corporate logo with effect from June 5, 2026.

The company said the revised branding reflects its focus on solar energy, wayside amenity infrastructure and real estate development businesses.

PVV Infra also approved the establishment of a new corporate office at Vile Parle (East), Mumbai, to support business development, investor relations and stakeholder engagement activities.

Stock Market Snapshot

PVV Infra share price traded sharply higher following the announcements.

The stock traded at ₹4.17 on the BSE, up 5.84% or ₹0.23 as of 3:11 PM IST on June 5, 2026, according to market data.

The counter witnessed late-session buying interest as investors tracked the company’s infrastructure expansion plans and strategic tie-up developments.
