Mumbai, November 26, 2025: PVV Infra Ltd shares rose over 2% on Wednesday following a positive market reaction to the company’s announcement. The firm informed the exchange that its Board of Directors will meet on December 1, 2025, to consider a proposal for raising capital through a rights issue. The announcement boosted investor sentiment, with the stock seeing steady buying interest during the morning session.

PVV Infra Ltd is a public company that specializes in civil construction. Its headquarters are in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
