In FY26, its PAT increased by 4.7 per cent to Rs 368 crore from Rs 351 crore in FY25, a company filing said on Wednesday.
The annual revenue from operations of CP Plus climbed 35.6 per cent to Rs 4,221 crore in FY26 from Rs 3,112 crore in the year-ago period.
CP Plus said it will expand its current production capacity of 25 lakh units per month by two times over the next 2 years, funded through internal accruals.
It has proposed to acquire additional land in Kadapa and is evaluating another land parcel in northern India to support future manufacturing expansion and long-term growth requirements.
The company said that its Lens assembly line is currently in the trial phase with an initial capacity of 3 lakh lenses per month, scalable to 10 lakh lenses per month. It has order machines for automated lenses.
“Construction of the new Housing and Enclosure Plant in Kadapa is progressing as planned. The facility is expected to become operational in two phases. Phase 1 in the second quarter (Q2) of FY2027 and Phase 2 in the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2027 with an eventual annual production capacity of 3 crore units annually,”  the company said.
CP Plus has also signed a joint venture agreement for LAN and CCTV cable manufacturing with Orient Cables.
“The proposed Rajasthan manufacturing facility, spread across approximately 1 lakh square feet, is expected to commence commercial operations between Q2 and Q3 FY2027,” the company said.
