Radico Khaitan Q1FY26 Profit Surges 75% YoY to ₹133.3 Crore; Revenue Up 32.5%

New Delhi, July 31, 2025 – Radico Khaitan Ltd (NSE: RADICO, BSE: 532497) reported its highest-ever quarterly performance in Q1FY26 with a 75% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit to ₹133.3 crore, driven by record volumes, robust premiumization, and margin expansion. Revenue from operations rose 32.5% YoY to ₹1,506 crore.
Key Financial Highlights (Standalone)
- Net Revenue from Operations stood at ₹1,506.0 crore in Q1FY26, up 32.5% from ₹1,136.5 crore in Q1FY25.
- Gross Profit came in at ₹647.7 crore compared to ₹466.5 crore last year, reflecting a growth of 38.8%.
- EBITDA rose to ₹230.7 crore from ₹148.2 crore, registering a 55.6% YoY increase.
- EBITDA Margin improved to 15.3% in Q1FY26 from 13.0% in Q1FY25.
- Profit Before Tax reached ₹177.6 crore, higher by 75.2% over ₹101.4 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Net Profit was ₹133.3 crore, marking a 74.7% jump from ₹76.3 crore in Q1FY25.
- Total Comprehensive Income grew 74.5% to ₹132.2 crore, from ₹75.7 crore in the prior-year period.
- Basic EPS stood at ₹9.96, up from ₹5.71, indicating a 74.6% rise.
- Net Debt reduced to ₹409.8 crore as of Q1FY26, down by ₹163.7 crore from ₹573.5 crore in March 2025.
Segment Performance
- Prestige & Above IMFL revenue stood at ₹713.2 crore in Q1FY26, registering a YoY growth of 42.8%.
- Volume for Prestige & Above IMFL reached 3.84 million cases, reflecting a YoY growth of 40.8%.
- Regular & Others IMFL segment posted revenue of ₹349.9 crore, marking a YoY increase of 48.1%.
- Volume for Regular & Others IMFL was 5.42 million cases, up 52.1% YoY.
- Revenue from Non-IMFL segment came in at ₹436.4 crore, with a YoY growth of 11.6%.
- Total IMFL volume during Q1FY26 stood at 9.72 million cases, recording a YoY growth of 37.5%.
Prestige & Above contributed 66.7% of total IMFL revenue and 41.5% of own volume, reflecting a strong premiumization trend.

- Exceptional item of ₹6.99 crore pertains to a reassessment tax demand by Rampur Municipal Council.
- Strong optimism on raw material cost stability (ENA, grains) for rest of FY26.

- Rampur Single Malt: Won multiple global awards; now available in 50 countries.
- Jaisalmer Gold Gin: Launched in 7 states; dominates luxury gin space with 50% market share.
- Magic Moments Vodka: Maintains 60% market share; launched new flavoured SKUs.
- After Dark Blue: Crossed 1.9 million cases; over 100% YoY growth.
