Rajshree Polypack Limited, a leading manufacturer of thermoformed and plastic rigid sheet packaging solutions, has announced the receipt of new domestic orders worth approximately ₹2.30 crore, as per disclosures made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
New Orders from FMCG-Linked Entities
The company has secured two significant supply contracts from Indian subsidiaries of multinational firms:
1. Order from Swiss Packaging Giant’s Indian Arm
- Nature of Contract: Supply of Plastic Rigid Sheets
- Order Value: ₹0.82 crore (approx.)
- Execution Timeline: To be completed by June 2025 or as mutually agreed
- Promoter Interest: None
- Related Party Transaction: No
This order has been awarded by the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of a Switzerland-based global packaging leader.
2. Order from Confectionery Major’s Subsidiary
- Nature of Contract: Supply of Trays and Plastic Rigid Sheets
- Order Value: ₹1.48 crore (approx.)
- Execution Timeline: To be completed by June 2025 or as mutually agreed
- Promoter Interest: None
- Related Party Transaction: No
The awarding entity is the Indian subsidiary of a global confectionery major known for over 35 chocolate brands distributed across 170+ countries.
Strategic Outlook
These orders further strengthen Rajshree Polypack’s status as the go-to packaging partner for leading FMCG majors worldwide that are present in India. The implementation of both contracts in India brings out the increasing presence of the company in the Indian packaging industry, especially in rigid plastics for food-grade and consumer applications.
