Mumbai, October 7: RateGain Travel Technologies Limited has partnered with Vietnam Airlines to provide AI-powered competitive fare intelligence through its AirGain platform, helping the airline strengthen pricing decisions across international markets.
According to the company’s exchange disclosure, Vietnam Airlines has selected AirGain’s competitive pricing intelligence platform to monitor airfare movements across direct and indirect distribution channels.
The platform provides access to competitive fare intelligence covering more than 300 airlines, over 170 online travel agencies and 50-plus metasearch platforms. RateGain said the platform is supported by high-frequency rate shopping and 99.95% uptime.
The partnership is intended to help Vietnam Airlines identify market shifts earlier and respond to pricing changes with greater speed and precision.

AirGain To Track Fare Movements Across Channels
AirGain will allow Vietnam Airlines’ revenue teams to monitor fare movements across direct and indirect channels through a single interface. The company said this can help teams identify changes in market pricing and make more informed revenue management decisions.
Vietnam Airlines operates across Asia, Europe and other international markets. RateGain cited industry data showing Vietnam recorded more than 21 million international arrivals in 2025, while international arrivals increased 17.7% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026.
RateGain also said AirGain will introduce Smart Search, a natural-language capability designed to allow revenue teams to query pricing information directly and reduce reliance on multiple dashboards.
RateGain Expands AI-Powered Travel Technology Offering
RateGain Travel Technologies provides AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry. The company said it works with more than 14,000 customers and 700-plus partners across over 160 countries.
Its technology portfolio covers areas including revenue management, distribution and marketing, with customers spanning hotels, airlines, online travel agencies, metasearch companies, car rentals, travel management companies and cruise operators.
The Vietnam Airlines partnership adds another airline customer to RateGain’s AirGain platform as carriers increasingly use competitive pricing data to manage fares across multiple distribution channels.
