Reliance Infrastructure Q4 Profit Surges to ₹4,387 Crore on the back of exceptional income

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd on Tuesday posted a consolidated net profit of ₹4,387 crore for the quarter ended March 2025.
Q4 FY 25 Performance highlights:
Total income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased to ₹4,268.05 crore from ₹4,783.30 crore in Q4 FY24, due to lower operating revenue.
The company managed to cut down its expenses to ₹4,827.97 crore in the quarter under review from ₹5,286.81 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, which boosted its profitability.
As per its regulatory filing, Reliance Infrastructure’s exceptional income was at ₹8,274.87 crores during Q4 FY25, which was higher compared to ₹298.73 crores in Q4 FY24.
An overall robust financial turnaround during FY 25. The company reported a net profit of ₹4,937.52 crore for the full financial year FY25, against a loss of ₹1,608.66 crore in FY24.
Its consolidated net worth grew to ₹14,287 crore as on March 31, 2025, from ₹9,899 crore as on December 31, 2024. Reliance Infrastructure also said its standalone net debt to banks and financial institutions was nil as on March 31, 2025.
