Mumbai, November 10: Reliance Power share price is witnessing a heavy rally today after the company’s clarification on the fake bank guarantee case. As of 11:25 AM, the Reliance Power share price was up by 6.56%, or 2.57 points, and was trading at ₹41.76. Until now, the Reliance Power shares have traded within a range of ₹42.30 and ₹38. The traded volume for the Reliance Power shares was at 7.43 crore shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹16,208 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹76.49 and their 52-week low at ₹31.27.

The clarification also added that both Reliance Power and its subsidiary, Reliance NU BESS Limited, acted in good faith and are, in fact, victims of a fraud and forgery conspiracy. The company also clarified that Mr. Anil D. Ambani has not been on the Board of Reliance Power for more than three and a half years.
